2. Services Provided

Brusco Brakes offers automotive parts and rebuild services for braking systems. Our services include, but are not limited to, the sale of brake components, system assessment, and component refurbishment or rebuilding.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by Brusco Brakes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made in full prior to the shipment of parts or commencement of rebuild services. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified at the time of checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Brusco Brakes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services. Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

5. Warranty

Brusco Brakes offers a warranty on parts sold and services rendered. The specifics of the warranty, including duration and coverage, will be provided at the time of purchase. Claims under the warranty must be made in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the warranty document.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order, provided the parts are unused and in their original packaging. Rebuild services have a separate return policy detailed upon service confirmation. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method. Less 20% restocking fee & return costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brusco Brakes is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Brusco Brakes is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

Brusco Brakes reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
